We use CCNow as our online retailer. CCNow accepts four types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. All charges are billed to Customer credit cards by "CCNow" and not Celebration of Dance.
CCNOW states that, "Customers who buy through the CCNow system are shopping on a secure server which encrypts all of a customer's personal information. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.
CCNow has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification or use. "
We have used CCNOW as our online retailer for processing credit cards orders for over four years and have yet to hear of even one complaint in regards to their service. You can contact CCNow Customer Support in regards to any questions you have or to view any orders you have placed.
Ordering By Mailing in Payment
If you prefer to mail in your order to us along with your payment you can do so by printing off an order form and mailing it in along with your payment
What is an On-Line Shopping Cart?
An "on-line shopping cart" is a term used to describe how items are purchased over the internet. It is much the same as when you go to the store to buy groceries. You put items you wish to purchase in a shopping cart. Clicking on "Add to Shopping Cart" does the same thing on our web site. It does not mean you have purchased it. You still have the opportunity to take it out and and put it back on the shelf. Deleting an item in our shopping cart does the same thing.
In the grocery story, when you are ready to purchase what is in your shopping cart you then go to the check out. It is the same thing ordering on-line. You click on 'Check Out". This is where you let us know your address information and payment method.
Ordering Outside of North America
Please check our video format page to see which video format your country uses before ordering videos from Celebration of Dance. If you used the PAL format then please go to our International catalog and Shopping page to order videos. If you use NTSC then you can order videos from anywhere else on this site.
Shipping and Handling Rates and Delivery Times
United States Orders.
We do not do overnight shipping. We charge $6 for the postage and packaging of the first item and 10% for each item in the order. For example:
A video at $26.95 would cost $8.70 to ship.
Each video after the first one would only be an additional $2.70
We pre ship our products to the United States so that when your order comes in from the USA you should receive it within a week and by pass any border taxes or duty.. Flags are mailed from Canada, separate from any other items you may have ordered. These orders can take as long as a month to arrive. Although we have are not aware of anyone being charged border taxes and duty it is possible.
We can not guarantee delivery times but we guarantee the delivery of your order to the address you provide.

Canadian Orders.

Canada orders are shipped from Canada and usually take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. We can not guarantee delivery times but we guarantee the delivery of your order to the address you provide.

International Orders.
We charge $10 for the postage and packaging of the first item and 10% for each item in the order. For example:
A video at $28.95 would cost $12.90 to ship.
Each video after the first one would only be an additional $2.90
Orders may take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. We can not guarantee delivery times but we guarantee the delivery of your order to the address you provide.
Our Guarantee
We have done our best to provide video clips and detailed descriptions of our products so that you have a good sense of what you are ordering. However if for some reason our products and resources were not what you had expected we will refund you the entire cost of your order excluding shipping costs.
Please do the following if you are not satisfied with our products and resources:
- Return the product to the return address within 30 days of receiving it (preferably not opened).
- Email us at Celebration of Dance Customer Service to let us know that you have returned the product.
- We will either credit your credit card back the appropriate amount if you made the purchase by credit card, or by check if you paid by check.
